At MenuTura, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our smart restaurant management solutions. Since we provide digital services on a subscription basis, please review our refund policy carefully.


1. Free Trials and Demo Access

We may offer a free trial or demo version of our service. If you choose to continue using MenuTura after the trial period, you will be billed according to the selected subscription plan.
No refunds are issued for charges made after the trial ends.


2. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

All payments for monthly and annual plans are non-refundable, including:

  • Subscription renewals
  • Partial months of service
  • Unused features

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.


3. Billing Errors

4. Exceptional Cases

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
